Saina overcomes Sindhu, gives Hyderabad 2-0 lead

In a keenly-awaited encounter, Saina Nehwal beat P.V Sindhu 21-19, 21-8 to give Hyderabad Hotshots a 2-0 lead against the Awadhe Warriors in an Indian Badminton League (IBL) tie at the Siri Fort Sports Complex here Thursday.

After a closely fought first set, Saina came into her own and dominated the 18-year-old, who recently won bronze at the badminton Worlds.
