Sakina wins bronze in women's lightweight powerlifting

Sakina Khatun of India won the bronze medal in the women's lightweight (up to 61kg) powerlifting category at the 2014 Commonwealth Games here Saturday.

With a total lift of 88.2kg, Sakina gave India its first medal of the day, while the gold went to Esther Oyema (136kg) of Nigeria. England's Natalie Blake took home the silver with a 100.2kg lift.
