Shuttler Kashyap exits Worlds

Third seed Pengyu Du of China ousted Indian Parupalli Kashyap in the men's singles quarterfinals of the World Championships at the Tianhe Indoor Stadium here Friday.

The World No.3 Chinese extended his lead in career meetings to 2-0 by beating Kashyap 16-21, 22-20, 21-15 in one hour and 15 minutes in a see-saw encounter.
