Reality TV star Snooki has given some free pregnancy advice to her friends and former "Jersey Shore" co-star JWoww.
Following JWoww 's announcement that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Roger Matthews in July 2014, Snooki has advised the American television personality to stay away from painkillers and avoid "pushing on the toilet".
Snooki, who has 16-month-old son Lorenzo with her fiance Jionni Lavalle, offered up the candid advice in a series of text messages which JWoww posted to Instagram Thursday, reports contactmusic.com.
The message read: "Sleep safe, keep hydrated, no Advil or Aleeve. No pushing on the toilet either (sic)."
