Astana, Sep 30 (IANS/EFE) Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy arrived in Kazakhstan Sunday on an official visit to support the presence of Spanish companies in industrial sectors such as infrastructure and telecommunications in the Central Asian country.
The Spanish air force plane carrying Rajoy and the rest of his delegation landed at the airport in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan in the evening.
The official agenda for the visit will begin Monday when, among his other activities, Rajoy will meet with President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Prime Minister Serik Ajmetov.
