Sri Lankan president belatedly greets Modi on birthday
Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa Friday sent belated birthday wishes to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Twitter.
"Happy belated birthday Prime Minister Modi. Hope you had a wonderful day. -MR," Rajapaksa tweeted.
Modi's birthday was Sep 17.
