Stuart MacGill sues Cricket Australia

Cricket Australia (CA) Monday said it is aware of media reports suggesting former leg-spinner Stuart MacGill has issued a writ in the Victorian Supreme Court setting out a claim against the governing body of cricket in Australia.
Reports suggest MacGill is claiming he is owed $1.6 million in match payments and prize money.
The right-arm leg-spinner is also seeking costs and $984,534 in interest, bringing his total claim to more than $2.6 million.
"We are aware of the media reports but aren't in a position to comment further," a CA spokesman said to the official website Monday.
MacGill took 208 test wickets for Australia at an average of 29.02.
