Leading mobile communication app Truecaller on Tuesday appointed Tejinder Gill as head of its India operations and Vice President (Sales).
"I am confident that with Tejinder's deep industry insights, Truecaller will achieve newer heights of success and recognition in the ever expanding technology industry," said Nami Zarringhalam, co-founder and Chief Trategy Officer at Truecaller.
Gill, who replaces Kari Krishnamurthy, joined Truecaller from the core leadership team of LinkedIn in India. He has also been associated with Yahoo India.
"I look forward to strengthen Truecaller's brand presence in the country and deliver more value to our users and partners by implementing innovative strategies," said Gill.
Krishnamurthy will move to the company's Stockholm headquarters to lead the global brand initiative.
