Vice President undergoes cataract surgery

Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu underwent a cataract surgery at a Hyderabad hospital on Sunday, an official statement said.

A team led by Dr Pravin Krishna Vaddavalli conducted the surgery at the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute. Naidu has since been discharged and advised rest for three days.
