Canada coach Paul Bundy Thursday said they are looking to give tough competition to South Korea in their Hockey Junior World Cup opener at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium here Friday.

Post their morning practice session here Thursday, the Canadian team looked motivated and prepared after rigorous training.

"Our first match against Korea will be an interesting one and will require enough physical strain. We are a young team with combination of good physiology and excellent game skills. We have set realistic goals for the upcoming matches and will be playing accordingly," said Bundy.

"Though we rank 14th in comparison to Korea which is among the top six, we are looking forward to give them tough competition. We will be playing more as an attacking team and have set a target to score one goal and win at a time. Our boys will give in their best to put up a good show for the audience."
