Another jungle raj?

Saryu Rai, Jharkhand minister for food and supplies and consumer affairs, has accused his party members of running a jungle raj in the state. Last week, a Bharatiya Janata Party leader was shot dead in Jamshedpur, the hometown of state Chief Minister Raghubar Das. Referring to the rising crime graph, Rai said if the ruling party workers were being killed in such a brazen manner, the morale of criminals must be sky-high.
