While the media focussed on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rousing roadshow in Bhubaneswar on his way to attend the Bharatiya Janata Party national executive meeting, many missed the sideshow playing out between Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram and one of his staff members.
