Bribery, a government disease?

If you thought only government departments are infected by the bribery bug, think again. The private sector suffers it too. Recently, staff at a well-known educational institute in the National Capital Region demanded money from students to release their provisional mark sheets. Most students gave the money readily because they urgently needed the mark sheet for admissions to other institutes.
