Coping with the Boss

Given that dealing with bosses at work is always tricky business, Gen Y has coined a new term for it. They call it "ABCing the boss", in which A stands for Avoid the boss, B for Bypass the boss and, if none of these work, there's always C, which stands for Confuse the boss.
