Darkness within

The Energy Resources Institute keeps exhorting others to start using compact fluorescent lamps since they are the most energy efficient lighting source available today. Yet, Teri’s own office has conventional lights. The explanation Teri officials give is that they have asked the India Habitat Centre (where their office is) to change the lighting but there has been no response so far.
