Digvijaya's mission accomplished

Inevitably perhaps, the prime minister's speech that almost claimed ownership for the success of Isro's Mangalyaan mission attracted an acerbic tweet from Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh. "Congratulate all who have participated in the success of Mangalyaan Mission. Does Modi still believe that it has been achieved in 100 days?" he wrote, which was one way of highlighting the fact that the mission began under the previous United Progressive Alliance regime.
