Drink milk, not water

While those travelling by train in Raipur constantly complain about the lack of proper drinking water facilities — after 11 am, the taps have boiling hot water since the coolers don’t work — the Railways have a different priority. Raipur’s Divisional Railway Manager stayed for more than an hour on the platform looking for an appropriate space for putting up stalls of a leading milk drinks company!
