Earning versus learning

The other day, roads minister Kamal Nath was speaking about the pace of constructing roads in the country and spoke of how the Vajpayee years were a great learning experience in the field. Immediately, an AIADMK MP, V Maitreyan, wisecracked that the next five years had been a great earning experience.
