Error of Commission

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is the architect of India’s economic liberalisation so perhaps it was his bureaucratic career during the licence raj that caused him to inadvertently refer to ONGC by its old name of Oil and Natural Gas Commission instead of Corporation in his speech at the Petrotech conference.
