Flood pain

The flood-hit people of Bihar's Bhagalpur district have found a unique way to protest their local leaders' lack of concern for their plight. They pasted posters of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Shailesh Kumar alias Bulo Mandal with the caption "missing". Not just that, they have announced a reward of Rs 500 in cash for anyone who is able to locate him. In their posters, the flood victims have alleged that they have been struggling in the floods for the past three weeks but their MP hasn't found time to visit them even once.
