Hawk-eyed?

Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh, who has been under attack from several of his Cabinet colleagues, must take solace in the fact that several bird species don’t find him as threatening. A hawk holding on to its prey flew to Ramesh’s window, to sip from the bowl of fresh water placed there everyday, and a delighted minister called for cameras to take pictures. Sadly, however, the big bird flew off within seconds. Surely, the environment in and around the ministry, if not elsewhere, has changed.
