Letters: Dial a favour - II

The decision to allow the Delhi airport to levy user charges on passengers, in addition to the passenger service fee that is already levied, is unfortunate. It will drive budget airlines out of business as travellers, already under pressure due to the slowdown, will prefer to take trains for the relatively shorter distance journeys.
