This refers to the Chinese Whispers item "Coffee, due North" (November 7) regarding HCL co-founder and chairman Shiv Nadar not getting the kind of Madras coffee he wanted. I think he did not specify his requirements precisely. In most coffee shops in the south as well as in the north, coffee is measured by yards! He should have, therefore, ordered in yards to avoid disappointment.
