Letters: The Congress last chance

Apropos the editorial “Voting out misgovernance” (May 8), the Karnataka Assembly polls results prove that state elections are purely dependant on local issues. Given the corruption scene at the Centre, the Congress should not have won in Karnataka. Maybe this is the Congress’ chance to keep people issues at the forefront, and focus on governance and development, to resurrect its damaged image..
