M&A with a twist

Being part of business media, we have been in touch with managers who take care of the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) portfolio in most major companies. Now an infrastructure developer, which has identified divestment as one of its key strategies, has given the M&A portfolio a much wider scope. Or, that is what one is inclined to conclude when one looks at the "branding" of a new vertical - namely, Mergers, Divestments & Acquisitions.
