Message for media

The Tata Group may have asked its chairman to leave abruptly, but that has not held it back from being courteous to journalists covering the boardroom drama. Though the media was denied entry into Bombay House, those waiting at the entrance of the iconic building in Mumbai for pictures of both the ousted and the interim chairman were offered bottled water, cups of tea and access to washrooms. Ask for all the hospitality but not the reasons for Cyrus Mistry’s ouster seems to be the message.
