Karnataka minister Abhay Chandra Jain has found himself in a piquant situation. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has given him, a Jain by religion, the fisheries portfolio. Jain believes it contravenes one of the five principles of Jainism - ahimsa. But how do you convince a chief minister who is an avowed atheist?
