Not in step with the times

There are times when insurers, too, become critical of how their industry functions. At a recent conference, the chief executive of a mid-size private life insurer said that while several other sectors were looking to deliver today what a customer might want tomorrow, insurers were not even delivering today what a customer had wanted yesterday.
