Ritual neglect

Officials in the Planning Commission are worried these days because a senior officer who handles administrative activities has developed an inclination for religious rights and rituals. According to colleagues, the official concerned is more religious than many priests, performing a variety of rituals in the office, distributing religious books and so on. As a result, many files are still to be cleared and several orders are pending.
