Former President A P J Abdul Kalam, who inaugurated the platinum jubilee celebrations of the All India Motor Transport Congress, offered its office-holders a sound piece of advice. Although he praised the organisation for being an integral part of the vibrant Indian economy, he complained that when he visited its website all he found was “strike, strike and strike”.
