Central Bureau of Investigation Director Ranjit Sinha is not unaware of his penchant for making controversial statements every so often and especially when he is asked to make an impromptu speech. So just ahead of his address at a recent Confederation of Indian Industry summit, he drolly made it a point to tell the moderator that he would like to stick to the written speech in front of him on account of "a foot-in-the-mouth problem".
