While most analysts agreed that the Budget presented on Saturday was a decent document overall, some decried that there were no fireworks - or, more precisely, no big-bang reforms. So when, during a press meet at the end of the Budget presentation, a journalist asked Finance Minister Arun Jaitley why there were no such announcements, the minister responded: "What's missing from this Budget?" As the journalist fumbled for an adequate response, Jaitley hit his home run.
