Yes, minister

While most analysts agreed that the Budget presented on Saturday was a decent document overall, some decried that there were no fireworks - or, more precisely, no big-bang reforms. So when, during a press meet at the end of the Budget presentation, a journalist asked Finance Minister Arun Jaitley why there were no such announcements, the minister responded: "What's missing from this Budget?" As the journalist fumbled for an adequate response, Jaitley hit his home run. He said that was precisely how industrialists reacted when he asked them to come up with the 'big-bang reform idea' that the government didn't seem to have.
