Union Minister K Chiranjeevi on Saturday said it was not correct to hold the Congress party responsible for the state division and other parties had taken a stand in favour of the bifurcation early.
The minister was responding to the comments of his younger brother Pawan Kalyan, who launched new political party, Jana Sena, besides squarely blaming the Congress party for the division. Chiranjeevi said his brother should have talked about the role of the Opposition parties before pointing a finger at the Congress.
On Pawan Kalyan's decision to launch a new party, the minister said his brother had a lot of passion to serve society.
Disagreeing with his brother's criticism against the Congress party, he said the party was responsible for revolutionary changes in society.
