Jayalaithaa re-shuffles cabinet for 15th time

Changes come few days after AIADMK won 37 seats of 39 seats in Lok Sabha election

J Jayalalithaa-led AIADMK government today reshuffled state Ministers portfolios. This is the 15th time the party is changing the portfolio in the last three years.
 
The AIADMK supremo Jayalaithaa inducted Agri S S Krishnamoorthy and Gokula Indira into the council of Ministers.
 
The State government has allocated Agriculture, agricultural engineering, agro service co-operatives, horticulture, sugarcane cess, sugar development and waste land development held by S Damodaran to Agri S S Krishnamoorthy and to designate him as Minister for Agriculture.

 
The Municipal Administration and Rural Development held by K P Munusamy designated to S P Velumani and Munisamy now designated as Minister of Labour, which was held by K T Pachamal.
 

 
R B Udahyakumar designated as Minister for Revenue, which was held by B V Ramanaa and Gokula Indira designated as Minister for Handlooms and Textile, which was held by S Sundararaj, who will take over as Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare from R B Udhayakumar.
 
The swearing-in-ceremony of the new Ministers iwll be held on Tuesday.
