Modi being projected as a Messiah: Rahman Khan

He added that Modi was a challenge as he was misleading the country

Bharatiya Janata Party prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is being projected as a Messiah, which he is not, Union Minister for Minority Affairs K Rahman Khan said Monday.

"Modi is a challenge for he is misleading the country and we have to aware the people about his lies," Khan told reporters.

"He is being projected as a Messiah though he is not," he added.

Finance Minister P Chidambaram Sunday conceded that Modi is a "challenger" to the Congress but he was extremely opaque on major issues.
