The advertisement has accused both of keeping a currency counting machine at their official residence, giving contract to in-laws, and purchase of dumpers.
Reacting to the notice, the Congress has said it will reply to them as they have 'proofs'. “We will reply them in court as we have all proofs,” Manak Agrawal, a Congress spokesperson said here.
In the notice both have asked the Congress party to publish a similar size advertisement in the same papers for withdrawing the charges in a fortnight or face a Rs 10 crore defamation suit.
Also, the chief minister has sent a notice to State Congress Committee and party’s state president Kantilal Bhuria.
