Stage set for next clash between Delhi L-G and CM

What is the next lieutenant governor-chief minister stand-off in Delhi going to be about ? The Delhi Assembly is convening a one-day special session (which was to be held last week but was put off because of the death of A P J Abdul Kalam) on women's security. It will use the opportunity to demand control of the police in the capital. The Centre is in no mood to yield to this. So, another clash can be safely expected this week.
