EIL implements Superannuation Scheme

Engineers India Limited (EIL) becomes the first Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas to introduce Defined Contribution Superannuation Scheme for its employees, as a welfare and talent retention measure, in accordance with the Dept of Public Enterprises (DPE) guidelines.

The Trust Deed for the Superannuation Pension Trust was signed on 30th March, 2010 and Life Insurance Corporation of India entrusted the responsibilities of Insurer and Fund Manager.
