29 injured as truck skids off the road

The truck with goods and 30 people on board coming from the Hugrajuli weekly market skidded when a cow suddenly appeared in front, the sources said.

This led to injuries to 29 persons, including 11 seriously, they said.

The seriously injured were admitted to the Tezpur Kanaklata Civil Hospital and the rest were released after first aid.
