CSE index up 48 points

The CSE-40 index was up 48.59 points during the trading session. The local bourse opened at 6753.70 and during the day it was higher to close at 6802.29.

Total turnover was Rs 10.22 crore from 18 scrips.

Blueprint Securities was at Rs 309. Infosys was higher at Rs 2391.30 at close.

Tata Steel was at Rs 396 and Reliance ended at Rs 804. State Bank of India was at Rs 2276 at end of the session. Vindus Holding was at Rs 307 at close.
