One person was today arrested from Mugalsarai railway station with six pistols and 12 magazines, police said here.
Mohammad Mohsin was arrested after Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel stopped him at a platform during routine checking drive, they said.
Police recovered six pistols and 12 magazines from his possession.
During interrogation, the accused told police that he had brought the consignment of pistols from Bihar.
Police is probing his links and prospective buyers.
