A 57-year-old man was today killed and 15 others injured when a bus collided with a truck in Faridpur area here, police said.
The incident occurred when the bus was on its way to Ajmer from Kolkata collided with the truck, they said.
One Mehruddin was killed on the spot while 15 others who were travelling in the bus were injured, they said.
The injured were rushed to a hospital where their condition was stated to be stable, Superintendent of Police (City) Sameer Saurabh said.
The driver of the truck fled after the mishap, he said.
