Ten people were killed and six others injured today in a collision between a truck and a jeep in Uttar Pradesh's Jaunpur district, police said.
The incident took place near Kulhnamau village in Bakshan area when the truck driver lost control over the vehicle after one of its tyres developed a puncture and it hit the jeep, they said.
The 10 deceased are yet to be identified, police said, adding that the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
