At least 10 militants and three security personnel were killed tonight after a check post was attacked in Pakistan's restive South Waziristan tribal region, the military here said.
At about 8:00 PM, a group of militants attacked Green Ridge Post in Ladha in South Waziristan Agency, an official of the Inter Services Public Relations said.
"Ten terrorists were killed in retaliatory action by security forces," an SMS sent by the ISPR said.
