10-yr-old boy injured in celebratory firing in UP

A 10-year-old boy was injured in celebratory firing at a wedding in Jivana Guliyan village here, police said today.

The incident occurred last night under Chinauli Police Station limits here.

During the celebration, a youth opened fire from a country-made weapon, injuring Aditya, the police said.

The boy was rushed to a hospital, they said, adding hunt is on to arrest the accused.
