100 kg of sea cucumbers seized

Marine police today seized around 100 kg of sea cucumbers, an endangered coral reef species, meant to be smuggled to Singapore through Srilanka, at Vethalai near here, police said.

They also arrested one Khurshid (31) in connection with the seizure.
