11 children were taken ill after consuming contaminated food here.

The children of varying age groups were admitted to the JK Lone Hospital after they complained of vomitting and abdomen pain last night, a hospital administration official said.

The victims were the children of labourers working at a brick kiln in Kanota area on the outskirts of the city.
