119 constables promoted in Poonch

Authorities today promoted 119 constables in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

As a part of promotion policy and to encourage workmanship in cadres, Senior Superintend of Police (SSP), Poonch, Jatinder Singh Johar on the recommendation of a duly constituted District Promotion Committee (DPC) promoted 119 constables, a police spokesman said.

He ordered release of In-Situ higher standard grade of Rs 5200-20200+GP2400 to 119 eligible constables of Poonch district, he added.
