12-14 hr power cuts daily routine in Jammu: BJP

"There is acute shortage of drinking water and 12-14 hours power cuts have become a daily routine in Jammu city," BJP state chief Shamsher Singh Manhas said.

He was talking to reporters here after a function where over 30 Sikh youths joined BJP under the leadership of Gurdyal Singh Bali.

Manhas said there were no jobs for educated unemployed youth and the state government's employment policy has "totally failed".
