13 child labourers rescued in UP

13 child labourers, all under the age of 14, were rescued by a labour department team after raids at different business establishments in the district.

The children, some of whom belonged to West Bengal and Gujarat, were found working in dhabas and hotels in the district yesterday.

Assistant Labour Commissioner A K Singh said they would reunited with their family in the new year after completing formalities.
